Another little event.

My 4th collection of running music today is published on the site NEANE Records. My regular listeners are aware of three such collections. There have been three of them to this day. But now everything has changed - there are four of them. Moreover, five years have passed since the previous similar event ... If I am wrong, let knowledgeable people correct me.

As if it was not, but I have not been a running collection for a long time. And even with the music for a long time did not run. In my cross-country video reports, the music was superimposed later - during the installation. Because you can't just run with a camera and headphones at the same time.

But I missed running with music - there is a special pleasure for me in this. And yesterday I tested a new compilation in action - I ran with it on the most varied terrain, including asphalt, dirt hills, and even captured a bit of the railway. It turned out almost 20 km. Since the music program is designed for 10 kilometers of running, I ran it twice. And I was carrying this music specifically.

I want to share these feelings with you - with everyone - with those who run and with those who are not yet. Therefore, I made a separate page for the collection. There - everything you need. You can listen, read about what it is and why, where it came from. There is also a link to download - you can download the collection for free. I would love to get from those who downloaded or listened to this compilation, review, feedback in the form of a comment on this page. Therefore, we will assume that downloading (conditionally) is permitted for comments on the page of this music product.

And what can you write in the comments?

Yes, everything. For example, do you run to this music or just listen? Did you like it or did you expect something else? And if you like this kind of music, then it’s very interesting - why? What does this music give you? Or just tell about yourself, about what attracts you in life, what brings joy and what makes you happy? Just a few words about the compilation itself and the music included in it.

This music is old. There is nothing new in the selection. But many of you, I am sure, have not heard most of these tracks. Because they were published in the maxi-singles. My singles are less known than albums. Therefore, these records remained in the shadows. But I suddenly remembered them and decided to pull out into the light.

True, their sound corresponded to the era of 20 years ago. And I had to make a noticeable remastering of all the works. And they sounded new. Previously, it never occurred to me that under this music you could run so fast. The tracks were more atmospheric and contemplative. And they became energetic and flying. All of them are united by a special rhythmic pulsation incorporated into the arrangement. This quality made it possible to make music for running from these tracks.

In the original version of the compilation, which was used for the dubbing of my report from the “Seven Hills 2018” run, the song “Return” sounded in the final version in the album version. But later I realized that there must be another version. And I found a version in the archives that was once rejected - it did not get into the album. But in this collection, the rejected play sounds better than the album version — more appropriate. She, apparently, no one listened at all. Therefore, the compilation “Music for jogging and traveling 4” also hides an interesting surprise for my listeners.
