about

The idea for this album was born back in 1985, when I had not yet thought about my musical future, and I was making music because something forced me. I didn't know what it was. Time almost buried this project, and by the time I realized what I had written, some of the melodies were irretrievably forgotten and, in order to release the album, I had to write new ones.

But more than ten years is a long time, and I myself believe that the new melodies were written by a completely different person. At the same time, it seems to me that the album turned out to be quite monolite, albeit tough in sound. But how else, tell me, to reflect simultaneously the freedom of flight and the loss of this freedom, endless search and fatal failure in it, despair and technocratic constancy of the desire to find a loved one in this world and only leave this world together?

The song titles in this album are a convention. When I wrote them and gave names, I was only 16 years old, and my thoughts were different, but the name of the album "We continue the search" was born just that time.
