All these experimental electronic etudies were born in the morning hours, when I was finishing some sequence of other tasks and was about to go to bed - I am a nocturnal creature and not infrequently go to bed with the sunrise. But some kind of force forced me to put the phone on a tripod, turn on the recording and play a little - suddenly something happens. And every time something interesting happened.

These five sudden messages from beyond are distinguished by very subtle and prophetic morning moods, and my half-asleep state - I played these melodies - seemed to be dreaming. Hence the name of the session.

This is probably the brightest of my sessions over the past year. And - the shortest - only 38 minutes. However, in the old days, such a duration was quite consistent with a full-fledged album, and many of them turned out to be significantly shorter. But this is experimental improvisational music, which does not fit into the existing classifications - single, album, collection, concert. And although I use the well-established term "Studio session" for such releases, few of the listeners understand it. At the same time, the diversity of musical forms has greatly diminished over the past couple of decades. And there are fears that in the future we will have one single form - the "track", regardless of the semantic load and the origin of the musical work.
